Play Run Club has been bringing people together since 2021. Now we have members showing up every Wednesday and Sunday! We also host beginner clinics, share information about local events, and foster an inclusive atmosphere at our store on Harvey Ave. / Hwy 97.

The Play Run Club is a free weekly 5k, held Wednesdays from rotating spots around Kelowna, with long runs every Sunday. Group leaders at the front, sweepers at the back, and nobody gets left behind. Come run with us!

Learn To Run Without Pressure

Our clinics exist because 60+ people showing up on a Wednesday can feel way too intimidating if you've never really run before. We can help you build confidence first, then tackle kilometres second. You'll meet some people in the community and build skills at a Play clinic.
