Play Kelowna Re-Opening

As of Tuesday, May 19th, Play Kelowna will be open and we can't wait to welcome you back into the store.  Our "new normal" will look somewhat different to before we closed our doors, and we will be implementing some new policies & procedures to make sure our team, customers and community stay safe.  While we believe that our operating procedures will evolve with time and knowledge, here is what we will be doing to start:
  • Our hours will be limited to Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.  This will allow us extra time for cleaning and for processing online orders.
  • We will be following physical distancing protocols.  Please be aware of your surroundings and stay a minimum of 6ft from all team members and customers at all times.
  • We will be limiting the number of people in the store to 5 customers at any one time.  We know that you are excited to shop again, but please stop and take a look before entering the store to make sure it is clear to enter.  
  • We have hand sanitizer for you to use at various points in the store, including when you enter.  Our team will be washing our hands and using sanitizer as well, and we have put cleaning/disinfecting protocols in place to ensure the store (and we) are clean.
  • All of our shoe fittings will be "no touch" so don't be afraid to tell us exactly what you are looking for and what you are thinking when trying on shoes so we can serve your needs as best as we can.  Please bring your own socks to try on shoes.
  • Our fitting rooms are temporarily closed; however, we will be accepting returns if you would like to try on your items at home.
In addition, we will still be offering online shopping with curbside pickup if you prefer not to come to the store.  If you don't know what you are looking for, our website offers a safe, easy way to safely browse from the comfort of your home.
